I was examined by Mr.Wilson on Dec 1st in the Nuffield Hospital, Cardiff Bay. The consultation involved an interview to establish the nature of my knee problem, questions re my general health and a query about my future aspirations. Mr Wilson then examined my knee and undertook various procedures to establish the cause/s of my problem. At all times I was communicated with in a very professional and thorough manner. Mr. Wilson suggested that an x-Ray would be required to provide clarification as to the extent of damage to the knee. I readily agreed and some 12 days later had an MRI scan. The results of the scan were sent to me outlining both the reasons for the pain, the extent of the injury and what my options were for treatment. I was very impressed with the clarity and speed of the response to the whole process. The provision was 5 stars.
