The two top photos of me 10 months after the High Tibial Osteotomy. The first one is me back-packing in Sweden for a week in September and the second is me preparing to spend all morning refereeing junior rugby matches. I regularly hill walk in the Brecon Beacons , mountain bike , swim and kick a football with my son – all with no knee pain. As you can see thee operation has been a success and enabled me to enjoy life to the full.
