Running The Cardiff 10K One Year On

Twelve months on from a complex ACL reconstruction, Harry completed the Cardiff 10k. It wasn't a standard ACL repair - significantly more work was needed to fix his knee, and it has been a tough year for him as a rugby player. He has gradually gone from strength to strength, and although he isn't back on the pitch yet and continues to work with his physiotherapist, this shows how far he has come. He is about to start studying sport science at Cardiff Metropolitan University, with rugby hopefully to follow. Thank you so much for the surgery and the ongoing support since - we are forever grateful.
