Having misaligned patellae since childhood I developed quite severe osteoarthritis between both patellae and femoral condyles in my 40s. He replaced the surfaces with patellofemoral components in 2007 which really helped me in terms of both pain and mobility. I have now had total knee replacements, the most recent in December 2023. He is both thorough and caring and takes the trouble to explain all procedures, scans etc in detail.
